After the acquisition of ChainMaster Bühnentechnik GmbH in summer 2018, LIFTKET and Movecat now plan to further grow the attractive entertainment segment. With combined competencies, the group will continue to develop and manufacture hoists for precise and safe positioning of lighting and sound equipment as well as other loads.

LIFTKET Hoffmann GmbH is a platform investment of Afinum Siebte Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. LIFTKET, a leading manufacturer of electric chain hoists, was acquired by Afinum in late 2016 as part of a succession plan. Employing more than 260 employees in Wurzen the company manufactures high quality, customised
hoists for industrial, custom and stage applications.
